Are there any extra fees?
The headline cost covers the daily hire but all rates are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.Â
Additionally a deposit is required per booking of £500 (+VAT) which can be taken from credit or debit card or bank transfer and must be cleared before the hire commences.
If drop off or any special requests are made then additional fees will be advised depending upon the circumstances.
Is there a minimum age requirement for hire?
Yes. The hirer and any drivers must be at least 25 years old. This is non negotiable
What are the pick-up times for your vehicles?
To suit the hirer.....
Normally we would expect a morning pickup and return.
However, we can be flexible on this, late night and early morning pickups can be arranged at our discretion, always ask if you need something different.
I've got some driving license endorsements, can I still hire a van?
As long as you don't have more than 6 current points on your licence then you are clear to hire and drive the van. Anything in excess of 6 precludes you unfortunately.
At least 24 hours before collection you will need to provide details of any driver and an online driving license check code so we can verify these details.

Do you take provisional bookings?
Yes.
Due to the ongoing event uncertainty we will happily take 'pencil' bookings which can be challenged by firm offers.
Normally we would require a 50% deposit to secure a booking.
Can we open a credit account?
No.
At the moment, all hires have to be paid in full prior to collection of a vehicle.
No vehicle will be released until driving license codes are checked, full rental fee paid & presentation of ID in the form of two utility bills.
